VIRgin Base Oil
“Ever Brilliant General Trading LLC.” Serves its client by providing several Mineral Base oil types.
Processing Crude Oil through “solvent refining” and “hydro finishing” leads to API Group I classification of Mineral Base Oil (Solvent Neutral refined with less than 90 percent saturates and/or greater than 0.03 percent sulfur and with a viscosity index greater than or equal to 80 and less than 120 designated by “SNxx”). Bright Stock (derived from the De-asphalted of Light Crude Oil (DAO)) also falls in API Group I and is designated with “BS-xx”.
Further processing of Petroleum Crude oil through “Hydro Cracking” leads to API Group II classification of Mineral Base Oil (Sever hydrotreating processed with greater than or equal to 90 percent saturates and less than or equal to 0.03 percent sulfur and a viscosity index greater than or equal to 80 and less than 120 designated by “xx N”). The application examples are engine oil, hydraulic /heat transfer fluid and Industrial lubrication.
Combining “Hydro Cracking” and “Hydro Isomerization” stages to crude oil leads to API Group III classification of Mineral Base Oil (greater than or equal to 90 percent saturates and less than or equal to 0.03 percent sulfur and with a viscosity index greater than or equal to 120 designated by “x CST”). The application examples are gear lubricants, precision hydraulic fluids, long-life greases, and industrial applications, etc.
The supplied products adhere to the “American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM)” in the miscellaneous material subcategory “D “.
We can provide the required base oil commodity based on particularities like: Kinetic viscosity (ASTM D445), Viscosity (ASTM D2270), Flash point (ASTM D92), Pour point (ASTM D97), Carbon residue ( ASTM D189), Total acid number (ASTM D664), Demulsibility (ASTM D1401), Sulfur content ( ASTM D1552), Color (ASTM D1500), Density (ASTM D4045)Copper corrosion (ASTM D130), Foam (ASTM D892) and Density ( ASTM D4045).
